TimeVera is a cloud workforce management service. The Google Play listing is published by FAKTOR SECURITY SH.P.K. Contact: info@timevera.com.

This policy covers timevera.com, app.timevera.com and the TimeVera mobile app (com.timevera.mobile). Employee accounts are created by the customer organization.

Production traffic uses HTTPS. The mobile app may collect foreground location for GPS check-in and merchandising visits, camera photos for merchandising, and push tokens via Expo. There is no mobile advertising or crash SDK.

Service providers used when the relevant feature is enabled include Expo/Google (push), Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS) and OpenAI (in-product support assistance).
